Artwork Preparation Guidelines

General Specications

Please prepare your 30 sheet posters & Flex-Vinyls using the U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2 pro le. We ask that when assigning Pantone colors to please use the Pantone Solid to Process library.

Please do not include any frames or rule lines in your design.

30 ­ Sheet Posters (10'5" x 22'8")
9.1" x 4.2" @720 ppi.

Flex-Vinyl

Files should be created at 1/20 th (5%) the nal live area size at 480 ppi. Please extend material meant to bleed 0.25" outside the page area (5" nal bleed.)

Supported Programs

Adobe Photoshop (preferred)

Please rasterize all type layers

Drawing applications (Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand)

All fonts should be embedded or converted to curves.

Page layout applications (Quark Xpress, Adobe PageMaker, Adobe InDesign)

Please supply all fonts.

Pantone Spot Colors

For the best color reproduction, please specify areas of solid color as Pantone Spot colors, In the margin of your document, please indicate which Pantone colors your have used.
